Another evening before a bank holiday, another evening of horrendous noise booming from the Soul Bar in Aberdeen.
Sunday 7th May 2023, and Soul Bar decides it can do whatever it likes in terms of the noise from its pub.
Breach of the Peace doesn't apply here, oh no.
It can do whatever it likes.
Turn the music up loud, so loud you can hear it halfway down Union Street in both directions until 11pm at least.
Play it OUTSIDE the church building? Why not?
No thought whatsoever for nearby residents, some trying to sleep in their beds.
Whatever happened to Breach of the Peace?
I guess it went along with the presence of police officers on Union Street.
