Tried to contact Scottish Gas services today on 0333 200 8899. Five times I tried. Five times I waited over 10 minutes and all I got was lousy music and platitudes on a loop.
So I went online and raised a complaint that they were not answering the phone.
And guess what? I got a complaint reference number and a reply that said "one of our Customer service advisors will be in touch in the next 21 working days". Note - working days! That means they will not be in touch for over 4 weeks!
This is truly awful service. Unbelievable. They shouldn't be in business.
