Aberdeen
Seventh-Day Adventist Church |
| Information |
Located in Dee Place, Aberdeen. Seventh-Day Adventism is a Christain religion. It
has some differences to other Christian religions however: It believes that God has given us free will - it doesn't accept
predestination. It believes that those who have died remain asleep until the Second
Coming. It does not accept spiritualism and many New Age beliefs. It also believes
strongly that Jesus will return to this earth in the near future. The belief which stands
out, though, is that Saturday is the Sabbath. This is why you will find that Seventh-day
Adventists all over the world attend church on a Saturday and do their best to keep
it special. |
