I think it is scandolus that residents wishes are ignored on the basis of a "bribe" from a commercial company (i.e. money for sports facilities). What's the point in sports facilities if your everyday way of life is ruined? Why couldn't First Bus go somewhere more appropriate in the city? Is every business going to have its way in the city using bribery, threats and intimidation? Global HQ, humph!
